Refund policy

We want Solani to work for your skin. If it does not, we will make it right.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery and tell us what happened. We will arrange a refund or a replacement.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it at no cost to you.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders are prepared for shipment quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and we will help if it has not yet shipped.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to ten business days for your bank to post the credit.
