Which product should I start with?
Start with Ecosystem Elixir and Solace Oil, our core pairing for hydration, softness and moisture retention. Add Restoration Crème for blemish-prone skin, post-blemish marks or uneven tone.
In what order do I use them?
Apply Ecosystem Elixir after cleansing, then moisturizer and Solace Oil. Restoration Crème is an optional treatment, not a moisturizer. Add it after Elixir and before moisturizer, introducing it gradually. Finish with sunscreen in the morning.
Can I use them with products I already own?
Yes. Ecosystem Elixir layers cleanly under serums, cream, SPF and makeup. Solace Oil goes on after water-based products, serums or moisturizer.
I have sensitive skin. Are these tested?
Both formulas are dermatologist tested, hypoallergenic and clinically tested on sensitive skin, on more than 100 people with sensitive skin across two separate studies. As with any new skincare product, introduce it gradually and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
What is left out?
Ecosystem Elixir: no added fragrance, no essential oils, no drying alcohol. Solace Oil: no water, no added fragrance, no essential oils. The full ingredient list is published on every product page.

Are your ingredients allowed in Europe?
Every ingredient in both formulas is permitted for use in cosmetics in the EU, Japan, Korea and ASEAN, at the level we use it.
