Azelaic Acid 8% — Dicarboxylic acid that inhibits tyrosinase and reduces post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation while targeting the inflammatory cascade at the follicular level. Pillar III.
Niacinamide 4% — Reduces inflammatory acne lesions and improves skin tone evenness through inhibition of melanosome transfer. Pillar III.
Tranexamic Acid 3% — Lysine derivative that interrupts the UV-induced plasmin pathway, reducing melanin synthesis and improving melasma and PIH without irritation. Pillar III.
NAG 2% — N-Acetyl Glucosamine. Inhibits melanin formation and supports skin microbiome balance through glycosaminoglycan precursor activity. Pillar II.

Niacinamide — At 4% reduced melanosome transfer and significantly improved hyperpigmentation over 8 weeks in Asian women. Hakozaki T et al., 2002, British Journal of Dermatology.
Tranexamic Acid — At 3% produced significant reduction in melasma area and severity index scores with a superior safety profile to hydroquinone. Maeda K and Naganuma M, 1998, Journal of Dermatological Science.
